Booking a site

  1. Establish how much space you require to display your products/services.
  2. Check whether this then fits within your budget.
  3. Ideally your stand should have more frontage than depth, for better traffic exposure.
  4. Ask who is on the adjacent stands. Do you wish to be next to competitors?
  5. Book early to obtain the widest choice of sites, and to gain an "early booking" discount.
  6. Sign and return the "Site Application Form" promptly, with deposit, to confirm your preferred site.
  7. If you require special services ensure your preferred site has these.
