Site Fees, Exhibitor Passes and Public Risk Liability Insurance
Site fees and exhibitor passes per site. Fees apply for 3 days - Sites for Saturday only are charged at 60% of the 3 day fee.

Hours
Exhibitor access to the grounds is from: 5.00am until 6.00pm - prior, during and after Agro-Trend - unless by prior arrangement.
Visitor access to the grounds is from: 8.00am until 5.00pm - each day
Site-sharing
NO SITE SHARING, SUB-LETTING OR "PIGGY-BACKING" IS PERMITTED. EXHIBITORS MUST NOT ALLOW ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATION TO SHARE PART OF THEIR SITE.
The executive reserves the right to deny exhibition rights or charge the appropriate minimum site rental if this condition is considered to be breached.
Public Address System Announcements
A professional announcer will broadcast advertising messages. Either advertising tapes or copy will be accepted. All material is subject to approval of the executive. The advertising package is available over the two days. Package: $80 / 5 x 30 second announcements. Roving announcements on application.
Public Risk Liability Insurance
All exhibitors should arrange Public Risk Liability Insurance with a minimum of $5million for the whole of Agro-Trend.
Verification of this insurance is required when making your booking. If you need assistance with this insurance please contact the Event Manager.
Food and Refreshments
A number of catering facilities serving a variety of food and liquid refreshments are located throughout the grounds, they are conducted by local community organisations which means profits are ploughed back into the regional community. No alcohol or food is to be sold or distributed on the grounds (product samples excepted) by prior arrangement unless it is obtained from these facilities. Please discuss your needs with the catering organisers, the Rotary Club of Bundaberg Inc. who will be happy to supply food and refreshments at special exhibitor prices.
Site Bookings
Complete the Site Application Form detailing your requirements. Ensure you take a copy of the form and the conditions of participation for your records. By signing the site application form, you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by all of the conditions.
Action Dates
31/12/2010 - 2010 Exhibitors rebooking deadline. 31/03/2011 - Full payment due on all site fees. 22/04/2011 - Public Address Announcements to be booked. 05/05/2011 - AgroTrend commences.
